HI I'M MADELINE!
I'm a woman’s fitness and sports nutrition coach from Australia, on a mission to help thousands of women world wide to get their toned, confident and strong physiques they've been dying to achieve - without the cuffs of calorie counting and restrictive dieting. I've been in the shoes of yoyo dieting before - constantly feeling self conscious because my weight always fluctuated, and I couldn’t find balance within my busy schedule. I was lost with nutrition and workouts... until i got the right help.
