Although my products and services are intended to be fully implemented, sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the user. If you implement the products and services from me correctly you should see amazing results, however it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from me it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind.

IMPORTANT SUBSCRIPTION AND 7 DAY FREE TRIAL AGREEMENT
By starting your 7-day free trial, you are enrolling in a recurring monthly subscription.
The 7-day free trial is offered to allow prospective clients to experience the She Know Fitness coaching service with the intention of continuing into an ongoing membership should the service meet their needs and expectations. It is not intended as a no-obligation coaching period without commitment to the membership terms.
To cancel your membership without incurring your first payment, you must notify She Know Fitness in writing at least 48 hours prior to the expiry of your free trial period. This notice requirement enables appropriate planning and allocation of coaching resources.
Where notice is not provided within the required timeframe, the free trial will automatically convert to the selected paid membership, and the applicable membership fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued where a client fails to provide the required cancellation notice (48 hours) before the end of the trial period.
Your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership at the end of the 7-day trial unless a cancellation request is received before your trial ends.
The current membership fee is $49 USD per month and will be automatically charged to your nominated payment method at the conclusion of your trial period and every month thereafter while your membership remains active.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All memberships require a minimum of 14 days' notice to cancel unless inside your 7 day trial time period.
Because the notice period is longer than the 7-day free trial, clients who wish to avoid their first monthly payment must submit their cancellation request 48 hours before the end of their 7-day free trial.
If a cancellation request is submitted after the trial period has ended, the first monthly membership fee remains payable and the cancellation will take effect after the required notice period has been served.
By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Your membership is a recurring subscription.
• Your free trial lasts 7 days.
• Payment will automatically commence at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
• A minimum of 14 days' notice is required for cancellation.
• Cancellation after the trial period does not remove liability for membership fees that have already become due.

If you purchase my Program you will be automatically charged every period and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client.
Clients enrolling in a private 1:1 coaching program by individual invitation (separate from the On Demand program) are subject to a minimum term of 12 weeks. No lock-in contract applies beyond this initial term.

At She Knows Fitness, we are committed to delivering results when the program is followed exactly as prescribed.
Clients may be eligible for a refund after completing twelve (12) consecutive weeks of the program if no measurable results are achieved, provided all program requirements and compliance conditions have been fully met.
To qualify for this guarantee, clients must follow the prescribed meal plan in full without deviation, complete all scheduled training sessions for the entire 12-week period, adhere to all prescribed training variables including sets, repetitions, intensity, and rep ranges, complete all prescribed daily step targets, accurately log every workout within the coaching platform or app, and submit all required check-ins, progress photos, and tracking data on time.
No workouts may be missed, skipped, shortened, substituted, or left unlogged unless expressly approved in writing by She Knows Fitness. Clients must also not engage in additional unapproved nutrition or training protocols that may interfere with results.
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will void eligibility for the refund guarantee.
“Results” are determined based on measurable progress indicators including, but not limited to, body composition changes, progress photos, body measurements, strength progression, consistency metrics, and adherence data as assessed by She Knows Fitness.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of completing the initial 12-week period. She Knows Fitness reserves the right to review all compliance data, logs, check-ins, and tracking history before approving any refund request.
This guarantee applies only where full adherence can be clearly demonstrated through the program’s tracking systems and records.
